Search MetaTrader 5 in the App Store or Google Play and install it. It's free, and it's the app you'll actually place your trades in.
Get MetaTrader 5, not MetaTrader 4. They look similar and only 5 will work with your account.
You should now have your account open, verified, deposited, and the MT5 app downloaded. This step connects the two, so your app is showing your real account.
Open MT5, tap the menu → Manage Accounts → '+' → Login to an existing account. Search for Kudo as the broker, then enter the account number and password the broker emailed you.
You'll know it's worked when your balance appears in the app. If it doesn't, it's almost always the server name or a mistyped password, so message us and we'll sort it in a minute.
